Judy O’Hagan

Head of Human Resources (Consultant)

Judy brings over 25 years of extensive human resources experience both as a Human Resources Executive in the Pharmaceutical Industry and as a Consultant. She has particular expertise in organization design and development, executive coaching, talent management, and leadership development. Judy also has a track record of success in building strong organizational culture and employee engagement to drive superior business results.

Judy is currently the Principal Consultant at JOH Organizational Solutions, which she founded in 2016 to help companies with on Leadership Development, Organizational Development, and Human Resources Strategy and Operations. Prior to her consulting role, Judy held the position of Vice President, Human Resources at Sanofi US from 2007-2016, where her scope of responsibilities included HR leadership for North America Pharmaceuticals, Global Services, Consumer Health Care, and R&D. At Sanofi, O’Hagan served as the Steering Committee Chairperson for WISE (Women Inspiring Sanofi Excellence) and as a member of the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association Advisory Board. She also served as the Chair of the CEO Cancer Gold Standard Task Force for the CEO Roundtable on Cancer. Prior to her role at Sanofi, O’Hagan held a series of HR leadership roles at Novartis Pharmaceuticals, where she achieved the level of Vice President, Human Resources for the Commercial Division. Judy received her bachelor’s degree at Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
