Timothy Bowler, M.D., PH.D.

Vice President, Clinical Development

Tim is a board-certified medical oncologist whose career has focused on developing novel therapies for patients with cancer. Prior to joining Volastra, Tim worked in early oncology research and development at Pfizer where he led the clinical development of multiple assets from the pre-IND stage through to the initiation of late-phase studies. Prior to Pfizer, Tim worked in oncology clinical development at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals and worked on multiple immuno-oncology programs across all stages of clinical development. Tim completed his specialist medical training in oncology at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and his internal medicine residency at Albert Einstein College of Medicine. He received his Ph.D from Mount Sinai School of Medicine and his undergraduate degree from Cambridge University.
